She gave a review of their checking

be taken home and washed and what needed the occasional dry cleaning. It was
moved that the PAC treasury be responsible for the expense of dry cleaning of
the vestments (MSP: Sarah/Carol).
Lynda brought up the refreshments

Sarah suggested we look at all the things that we are going to need and want
for the church in the future and then prioritize them. It was suggested that we
try first to get donations to purchase the projector and screen from members of

about the need for this. It was suggested that he and Sherry also make up a
letter to be distributed in the church bulletin and then we cold hold a second
collection for it in the future.
